We bring our best ideas and thoughts to the table to create a community where everyone has a say and everyone has a place. The Community and Social Connection Impact Fund fuels action and initiatives that pave the way for everyone to have access to the same opportunities and advantages and to be the voice in their community, creating a place everyone is proud to call home.

Central Florida Foundation is currently hosting roundtables to better understand community needs. Roundtable findings help guide grantmaking and initiative work. As of spring 2024, we have convened community members around the following spaces: civic engagement, LGBTQ+, the Black and Hispanic communities, and women & gender equality.
TableTalk is a CFF initiative that empowers our community to grab a seat at the table and spark new ideas for an even better Central Florida. Information about TableTalk 2024 and how to get involved will be available during summer 2024!

Within the Community & Social Connection Focus Area, we’ve been a proud partner in two community projects, the Black Boardroom Leadership Institute and Enterprising Black Orlando.
