David F. Lindsey is a seasoned sales, marketing, and business development executive with more than 25 years of experience building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams across the retail, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, and restaurant industries.

Currently serving as Regional Director of Business Development for Simon Property Group, David develops strategic partnerships, identifies new revenue opportunities, and cultivates relationships that enhance the customer experience while driving business growth across the region. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for connecting brands, communities, and organizations through innovative sponsorships, marketing initiatives, and collaborative partnerships.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is deeply committed to giving back to the Central Florida community. He has held leadership and volunteer roles with United Arts of Central Florida, the Dr. Phillips YMCA, and the Central Florida Foundation, and has also served with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, Visit Orlando, and the Student & Youth Travel Association. His commitment to civic engagement reflects his belief that strong partnerships extend beyond business and play an important role in strengthening communities.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, with a minor in Business Management, from Liberty University and completed additional coursework in Hospitality and Tourism Management through Florida Atlantic University.
