FEATURED THRIVE EDUCATION WORK

In 2021, 100 Women Strong invested in a pilot program that focused on uplifting children in foster homes through increasing support and resources in schools. This program included providing youth in foster care educational planning, coaching and support services with weekly check-ins.

The Community Landscape is a snapshot of our current state and explores challenges and opportunities. This is developed and powered by Thrive Central Florida.

Central Florida Foundation has representation on workgroups and conversations around the city. Right now, we’re a part of: the K Ready leadership team, focusing on ensuring early childhood education is a priority across Orange County, and a partner in UpliftED, led by Heart of Florida United Way.
