As our region’s community foundation, Central Florida Foundation coordinates the commitment, investment and action of philanthropists, nonprofits, and community partners to change our region for the better. We do this in three ways:
Individuals, families and organizations establish charitable funds with us to help make the most impact of their philanthropy. We develop personalized giving plans for Fund-holders that align with their unique goals and values. Then, we provide guidance and resources that empower them to invest in the issues that mean most.
As the steward of multiple funding sources across the region, including the charitable funds of Central Florida philanthropists as well as our own Impact Funds, we administer and make grants to nonprofits that are truly transforming our community.
We spearhead active, purposeful collaboration among Central Florida leaders, organizations and changemakers. These partnerships spark innovative ideas and initiatives that change our region for the better.
In addition to managing charitable funds on behalf of our region’s philanthropists, Central Florida Foundation administers our own Impact Funds, which harness the collective insight, expertise and resources of the community to address critical issues affecting Central Florida.
To drive true change in our community, we have established five focused impact funds that address and invest in the most critical challenges facing our region: Economic Stability, Healthcare, Livability, Education, and Community and Social Connection.
